Added and deployed the Forge Wiki page to the VPS, enabling centralized documentation access.
Forge Platform v26042026103 - Task Identity Standardization
This update focuses on improving usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform.
Task identification has been standardized by introducing ID-based titles, making it easier to reference and manage tasks. Navigation has been enhanced by fixing page titles and enabling direct access to task details from card views.
Additionally, the interface has been optimized for smaller displays by simplifying table views and reducing visual clutter through description truncation. The Task Details page has been redesigned to better highlight essential information and improve overall user experience.
A Wiki page has also been deployed to the VPS, providing a centralized location for documentation and future knowledge expansion.
Added
Implemented a show/hide toggle for changelog entries, allowing users to expand or collapse details for better navigation.
Projects can now be archived when completed or canceled. Archived projects are removed from the active list and can be accessed, filtered, and restored from the new Archived Projects page.
A new option allows creating multiple tasks in sequence without leaving the form. After saving, the form resets while keeping useful context (assigned user, priority), improving speed for task creation.
Changed
Task and note descriptions are now limited to 30 characters in list views, ensuring a cleaner and more consistent UI.
Reduced table view columns from 10 to 6 for Tasks and Notes, making the interface more usable on smaller displays (non-mobile).
Improved the Task Details layout to prioritize key information and enhance usability, making it more intuitive for users.
Refactored the Management Hub to improve structure and usability, introducing search functionality to allow faster access and filtering of data.
Adjusted system timezone settings to align with European standards, ensuring consistent time display across the platform.
Standardized the date format across the application to improve readability and consistency for users.
Enhanced the user experience of the changelog by improving layout, readability, and overall interaction.
The task add/edit page was redesigned to be more intuitive and manager-friendly. Fields are reorganized for faster input, relationships are easier to manage, and unnecessary UI elements were removed.
After creating or editing a project, users are now redirected to the project view page instead of the edit form, improving workflow clarity and reducing unnecessary navigation.
Fixed
Resolved an issue where pages did not display meaningful titles. Each page now correctly reflects its context (e.g., task, project) in the browser title.
Task titles in the card view are now clickable and correctly redirect to the task details page.
Archived tasks now open the full task details page instead of a modal, ensuring consistent behavior across all task views.
